So I have a car...
Depending on this and that.... I will either have a honda Shuttle or a Hyundia Accent.... to build into an art car.
...Neither car is warranted or registered... but I can slap an A-frame on and rego it as a trailer to get it here and there.
I have no place to build an art car.
