sorry you couldn't make it!  I hope you and your lovely partner continue to live your own personal burning lifestyles in the hemisphere of your choice.&#xD;

Remember, it is hard to get to the burn.  It can be hard to be at the burn.  &#xD;
&#xD;
But (and this is why I keep doing this) there will be at least one moment, and perhaps even a whole night or several days when you are there that makes it all worthwhile.</summary>

I recently moved to Australia from San Francisco (birth place of burning man) and I'm looking for a way to get to the kiwi burn.  Is there anyone out there willing to take in an american who attends the burning man in Nevada every year?  I'd be very happy to help anyone get there in August/September in return.&#xD;

hope all is well in new zealand. i  would LOVE to participate in KB 09', but alas i'm stuck on the other hemisphere. &#xD;

whakamaru domain is such a great space for the burn. the lake ROCKS. wonder what kind of mutant boats are in the works. the pirate ship was a real treat last year!&#xD;
&#xD;
please do share some photos, so those of us who can't make it ...can at least live vicariously.&#xD;
&#xD;
i can't wait to see what kiwi burn fashion show freaks bring on. might be impossible to top last years' hit number. that was a doozy =P&#xD;

The tickets are (very reasonably priced at) $70.  $80 at the gate.&#xD;
&#xD;
3 days from Thursday, February 5 (10 am) to Sunday, February 8 (10 am). The man burns Saturday night.&#xD;
&#xD;
Waitangi weekend&#xD;
&#xD;
Whakamaru Domain, about 30 km north of Lake Taupo, near Mangakino.&#xD;
&#xD;
