Tue, May 8, 2007 - 7:23 PMyea didnt you hear? its pretty fucked up, They had way to many people die in the dust storm last year and decided the event was far to dangerous, some thing like 7 people were killed and thats only the dust storms. alot of people died from fire and art car accidents its really dangerous if your not lit up to the ears with dirty raver sticks at night. Silly hippies being all environmental and not wanting to poision the earth with the overuse of glow sticks : S -

Though people do die out there, in a city population of 40,000 one or two deaths is statistacally pretty damm good,
The day the event gets canceled is the day the LMB and the local area decide they dont want the millions of dollars burners bring the the area... so i think we are safe for now :)

Wed, May 9, 2007 - 2:17 AMDamm yeah and i heard some of DPW were caught doing lines of playa on an unlicensed vehicles shortly after a car matching its description drove through a ranger camp killing 10, They were screaming something about needing beer?!?!? though why they would say that i just don't know.... They were going to be sentenced to the Betty Ford clinic, but they wouldn't take them.

BURNINGMAN HAS BEEN CANCELLED!
there may be a way around this though....
some people are now gathering at town hall and protesting the indignation of such a thing...
and they(THEY) are saying all regional events are cancelled......
there seems to be some sort of Governmeht action that has found a loop hole and is in the process of fileing for a court injunction that prevents the gathering of ............HIPPIES! -
